Eligibility

Products must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return.

How to Start a Return

Email support@chicagojim.com with your order number, full name, screenshot of your order confirmation, and reason for the return. If the product is defective or damaged, please attach clear photos or a short video to help us process your request faster.

Shipping Fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we sent the wrong item or the product arrived damaged/defective. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund if applicable.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Your bank or card provider may take an extra 3–5 business days to post the credit.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 30 days so we can resolve the issue with a refund or replacement.

Exchanges
